According to the New York State Police, in January of 2015, BCI Investigators were advised by Downstate Correctional Facility officials that Anthony Robinson, 27, had thrown urine at a correction officer who was conducting security rounds.
In July of 2015, an Arrest Warrant was issued by the Town of Fishkill Court for Robinson who was previously released from the custody of Downstate Correctional Facility.
On September 8, 2015, the State Police were notified by New York Police Department that Robinson was in their custody after being stopped in the within the 44th Precinct, in the Bronx.
Robinson was transported to the State Police barracks in Wappinger and charged with Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Inmate.
He was arraigned before the Town of Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in Fishkill Court on September 14, 2015. The outcome of that hearing is unknown.
